Spotlight Cam Plus Live not working anymore after 45 days

I got several Ring Cameras. Cameras worked great and after a while the live feature is not longer available in one of them. Tried reboot, reinstall, WiFi is good…Am I missing something?

Hi @Steel_OG. Is there a certain error message you’re receiving when you try to access the Live View? Typically if Live View is not loading, it’s due to a weak or unstable wifi signal strength. Check the RSSI number on the Device Health page to ensure this signal is strong, then perform a quick reboot. If that doesn’t work, feel free to share a screenshot of what you see when trying to access Live View.

Happen to me as well. Also i cant access videos record or even turn on/off the light. Did you fixed it?
