Spotlight cam plus initial set up

I just purchased a Ring spotlight cam plus. We already have a video doorbell. When doing the initial set up through the app, the camera cannot find my internet. Do I need to upgrade my internet? I’ve tried to enter in the wifi manually and still nothing. I’m charging the battery fully now in case that was the issue. Thanks!

Hi @user82071. If your router is dual-band, with both 5GHz and 2.4GHz networks, try creating a guest network utilizing only the 2.4GHz network. Attempting the setup process on a different phone or tablet, if you have access to one, can resolve common setup problems as well.
