Spotlight Cam Plus Battery issue

Please can anyone help me - my battery in my spotlight cam plus does not last more than 12 hours. Not sure what’s happening ? I have bought x2 further batteries which has not helped ? Any help would be appreciated

Hi @user61630. I would recommend checking that you have your Power Mode set to Battery Mode. You will find this setting in your General Settings for your Camera. If you have your Camera set in Wired Mode with only a battery in it, it will cause the battery to rapidly drain. If it is already in Battery Mode, try a factory reset on the Camera to see if it helps. To factory reset it, press and hold the set-up button on it for 20–25 seconds and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi).
