The solar status states not connected, but the solar panel cable is plugged in. I performed a different check by using a wall plug in USB-C and still no joy. Please advise...... Thank you.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps for your Solar Panel: * Check that your Solar Panel’s cable is firmly connected to both the panel and the Camera. * Use a clean microfiber cloth to clear any dirt or debris from the Solar Panel. * Ensure the Solar Panel is receiving at least 4 hours of direct sunlight per day. * Reboot the Camera using the [reboot option](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) on the Device Health page.
