Spotlight Cam Plus 2022 solar panel issue

The solar status states not connected, but the solar panel cable is plugged in. I performed a different check by using a wall plug in USB-C and still no joy.

Hi @user59053. Please try the following troubleshooting steps for your Solar Panel:

  • Check that your Solar Panel’s cable is firmly connected to both the panel and the Camera.
  • Use a clean microfiber cloth to clear any dirt or debris from the Solar Panel.
  • Ensure the Solar Panel is receiving at least 4 hours of direct sunlight per day.
  • Reboot the Camera using the reboot option on the Device Health page.
