Spotlight Cam playback stops after a few seconds

Spotlight cam protecting our cars will not playback normally. Usually stops/freezes 5-10 seconds into a one minute playback. I can duplicate this on my phone and it is mirrored on my PC exactly. Connection is fios and solid. There are cameras just a few feet apart that work fine. I have 10 cameras in all and only this one is having issues. Unfortunately, I consider this my most important camera.

Hi @turbobuick86. If your Camera’s recordings are freezing, try the following steps:

  • Reboot your camera using the Ring app.

  • Reboot your router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in.

  • Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20-25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi because the reset will cause it to become offline.
