I recently purchased a Spotlight cam battery, I then got a second battery due to one port, the battery slot 1, draining the battery rather quickly.
I charged a battery to 85% and then in the space of 8~hrs it has now drained to 10%, this was the case for the other battery, I swapped them to see if it was the battery or the port, turns out it’s the port.
Is there anything I can do?
Hi @user34349. You can try to do a factory reset on your Camera to see if that helps. To do a factory reset, press and hold the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi since the reset will make it fall offline.
