Spotlight Cam not working

I recently purchased two new batteries for my spotlight cam. I charged them last night and they were fully charged. I put them in the camera today and the app says the batteries aren’t charged. This happened one time before and I thought the battery was dead so I purchased the two new ones. Any ideas?

Hi neighbors! Once you’ve reinserted the batteries after charging, it may take a moment for the Ring app to update the battery level. Try triggering a motion event to see if this will update the device health information. As long as your Camera is online, this will be a good sign that the battery is charged.
