Spotlight cam no sound

I have 3 outside spotlight cameras. On 2 of them the sound is perfect and I can hear wind and bird song. On the 3rd there is just no sound. Video on all 3 is perfect.
I also have 2 indoor cameras which also work perfectly

Could it be that the system is overloaded for sound on the third outside camera?

Wi Fi throughout the house is perfect and high speed by the way

Hey @ChrisJohn! If 2 Cams are working as intended on your network, the 3rd one should work just the same. Please ensure that there is not more distance of interference in the area for the 3rd Cam. A Camera mounted on a garage, or mounted higher than the others, might be in an area where wifi signal can have a tough time reaching.

As you mentioned the wifi speeds being sufficient, if signal looks good at the Camera in question, try resetting the Cam by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:

Had a play around this morning. Did a reset. No different

Swaped the faulty camera with one of the good ones and somehow they are both working fine. Reassigned the locations etc and I’ll monitor over the new few days
