New spotlight cam installed 9ft from the ground, IR is parallel to the ground and it will not pick up motion more than 10’ away but WILL pickup motion of a car going down the street 70’ away. If this is all the range it can do I’m returning it.

Last night, FedEx delivered at 8:45. Had no clue he/she was here until the doorbell cam picked it up. On the bright side, a bird activated the camera from 5 feet away at 2:30 am.
