Hi all, Since 9/25 been having issues with 1 of my spot light battery cams. I have had at least 5 instances where motion was detected but only gray and black rectangles were available and at least 20 instances where motion was detected but "no video found" in the event history. The live view also takes way longer to view compared to my other 2 cams. I have no issues with the other 2 cams. These 2 cams are equally distanced from the cam I am having issues with. Batteries are always topped off as well. I am thoroughly annoyed with this. Attached are screenshots of the video issue and error message I receive while trying to live view. Anyone having issues like this? ![ring screen shot|364x500](upload://mkvgitRjwvc9L5X7uu1k0h3oDbo.jpeg) ![spot light video|225x500](upload://m5j1oQYacZ74obp3hoQcx72cOBv.jpeg) Thanks Randy

Hi @randingo. If your Live View and recordings are not working as they should, try the following steps: - Verify that your Ring app and smart phone are caught up with the latest updates. * [Reboot your Camera from the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). * Verify your signal strength, also known as [RSSI, is at a good level](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229). * Reboot the router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406) for further assistance. If you are outside of the US, please visit [here ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406)to see how to contact support.

Thank you Justin. Sorry for replying so late. I unplugged my router and the cam is working. I don't know why the other 2 cams were never affected by this issue. I assumed that if I had a router issue then all 3 cams would have issues instead of just 1.
