Spotlight Cam lights not working


My Spotlight Cam right hand bank of lights has stopped working. I have tried to reset it a number fo times but it still will not work. I would have thought that the leds would have been long lasting but this is not the case. I purchased the camera and the extra battery and solar panel directly form Ring. Please someone advise me what I can do?
