Spotlight cam flashing blue and white

Hey, has anybody any idea what i can do? My spotlight cam is flashing blue and white. Tried to do a hard reset while holding the button a the top for 30 seconds but that didn't helped. This happened after recharging the battery.

    I bought a spotlight camera from Home Depot about a couple months ago. I had it on a property that was getting lots of work done and I couldn't be there so I had it on the most sensitive settings for motion. This ran the battery completly down. I recharged and the battery. Inserted it and nothing. Camera wouldn't charge up. I bought another battery charged it up. Insert it and nothing. Put both in and still camera wouldn't power up. I tried to hold the button down on the top for 30 seconds to reset and nothing. Any ideas???

      Help. I have charged our spotlight cam batteries to full charge with just green light. Then I put them back in the camera, but it gives a red light that battery is dead.

      Camera has been in use for 3 months. After changing the battery this last time the camera just flashes blue and white and will not reconnect to the network. I have tried doing a hard reset but it will not enter setup mode to connect to the app. WIFI?Router has been reset and all other cameras working fine. Also tried swapping to different batteries but same result. Bad Camera?

        Called customer support and it was determined there is an issue with the camera. It is under warranty so will be replaced by Ring.

      Hello, I have a battery powered security camera and the battery died in it a couple days ago. I recharged the battery fully and now it just sits there and blinks white and blue. I have held the button on the top multiple times for 30+ seconds and it still won't connect to wifi. When I go to device health \> reconnect to wifi it asks to join the Wi-Fi network then "Unable to join the network". I have tried from multiple devices (iPhone's) and keep getting the same error. What do I need to do?

      Hi, My Ring Camera Battery is offline even now that I charged the battery, I already tried to reset it (20s on the button) but it doesn’t work, the light is still off. I plugged 2 batteries fully charged (I tried unplugging and replugin multiple times). What can I do?
