My Spotlight solar cam (3 or 4 years old) gives a double flash of the lamp next to the lens every minute or so. The app doesn’t report any issues (good WiFi and battery) and it appears to be working normally. Any ideas?
Hi @Nerdy_Norm. This sounds like it may be a power related issue. Try disconnecting the cam from power for about 10 minutes, then power the device. Once that is completed, reboot the cam from the Device Health menu in the Ring app. This should correct your concern! Let me know if this works.
