Spotlight cam disconnected, now doesn’t offer its Wi-Fi when reconnectin

Hello, my Spotlight Battery Cam has disconnected recently and now when attempting to reconnect, despite the light flashing, no devices can detect its Wi-Fi . I am left in a cycle of confirming that the device is flashing but no other sign such as the pop up on IOS appear.

Any tips would be great. Both batteries fully charged.

Hi @CarlyT. This Help Center article here has a few things to try for this concern. If those steps fail, try a factory reset as well on the Spotlight Cam. To factory reset the camera, press and hold the set up button for 20 seconds, wait for the flashing blue to stop, then attempt another set up.
