Spotlight cam disconnected, now doesn’t offer its Wi-Fi when reconnectin

Hello, my Spotlight Battery Cam has disconnected recently and now when attempting to reconnect, despite the light flashing, no devices can detect its Wi-Fi . I am left in a cycle of confirming that the device is flashing but no other sign such as the pop up on IOS appear.Any tips would be great. Both batteries fully charged.Many thanks,CT
