I have two spotlight cams, on one of them the customized motion zone is the drag and shape variety (advanced motion detection) and the other is what I can the fan method. I want them both to be the drag and shape variety. Both cameras have the same settings but one works and the other does not. How do I get them both into the advanced motion detection mode to make the customized motion zones be the drag and shape variety.

Hi @SeanU. Do you have a Spotlight Cam Wired and a Spotlight Cam Battery? These will each have different forms of motion detection on them, which you can read more about in our Help Center Article here. The Spotlight Cam Wired will have the Customizable Motion Zones while the Spotlight Cam Battery will have the Adjustable Motion Zones. I hope that helps clear things up!
