Spotlight Cam - Black Screen Video Recordings

I have a strange issue. I have a Ring doorbell and a Ring Spotlight Cam. Both work fine on live view. The doorbell displays video recordings perfectly but all the videos captured on the Spotlight Cam are black when I try to replay them. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but not sure what to do to fix the video issue. Everything online says it’s a router issue but the doorbell works fine and live view works fine. This only started on the 1st June.

Hi @leebrux. What is the RSSI for the Spotlight Cam? This could be affecting the video quality. Also, this Help Center article here has information that could help correct black video by adjusting a few settings on your internet router. Let me know if this helps.
