The battery of my spotlight cam is not working anymore. I have fully charged it. The battery already indicated green light. I cannot use my Ring Protect Plan with this!
Hi @resyeljam. I’d be more than happy to help. Could you provide a few more details? When you insert the battery into your Spotlight Cam Battery, does the bubble on the bottom light up? What color is the indicator light inside the battery compartment when you insert that battery? Does your Spotlight Cam show online in the Ring App? Looking forward to getting this working for you!
Yes, the bottom part of the Spotlight light up. The light indicator inside the battery compartment is red when I inserted it. No, the Spotlight Cam is offline on the ring app and I cannot reconnect it to my network because it says my battery needs to be recharged.
But again I have already fully charged the battery. I have also performed the basic troubleshooting steps but still the issue still exist. The spotlight did not turn on.
