Spotlight Cam Battery will not do video

Spotlight cam only shows … Activating Device. Never get Live View. I’ve tried

  1. Battery is fully charged
  2. Tried different battery
  3. All Device Health is good
  4. RSSI-29 (sitting near the router)
  5. Moved to different locations
  6. Tried different Wifi networks
  7. Reset device and re-setup (multiple times)
  8. Light & siren work as expected
  9. Firmware shows up to date
  10. Lights and siren can be
  11. 4 other Ring devices (doorbell, 1 stickup cam battery & 2 exterior cams) all work as expected

Everything appears normal but no video. This device did work well at one time but video is now a no go.

Any ideas?

I am having a very similar issue. For the last couple weeks the cam has stopped recording video and no snapshots. Sometimes I can get live view and the times I do get live view it will maintain the recording for those but just black video for motion activated and no snapshots at all - it doesn’t even try.
