SPOTLIGHT CAM BATTERY SET UP

I just opened and began installing and setting up my Ring doorbell and 2x Spotlight Cam battery devices. The doorbell set up very easily with no issue. Both my spotlight cams however, can’t seem to connect. I click on live view and it times out. My wifi tested at 301MB and 79MB. I have 1K MB download overall. My system health and diagnostics are all green. I looked thru help docs and it just pointed me to wifi. But wifi is very fast and stable. Help please!! Thank you!

Hey @Asuyat. What happens in the app when you try to set up these devices? If you could take a screenshot of the error message you get or what the lights on the bottom of the device do when you try to set it up, this would help greatly! :slight_smile:
