Spotlight Cam Battery not creating temporary network

Hi, I have 3 spotlight cam battery units and one doorbell, having just changed my broadband provider I’ve reconnected all of them bar one of the spotlight cams, as soon as I put the battery in it flashes blue, which seems to indicate that it’s not creating a temporary network for setup.

I’ve tried rebooting it several times, also the router, all the other devices worked fine.

Any ideas?
