Spotlight cam batteries (both) totally drain in 12 hours. Unit used high energy level when powered from socket.

Hi @user60422. If your Spotlight Cams batteries are rapidly draining in less than a day, try the following steps: - If it is a Spotlight Cam Plus and it is powered on just batteries, make sure you have your Power Mode setting set to battery and not wired. Having this set incorrectly causes the battery to drain quickly. You can find this option in your Camera's General Settings after selecting Device Settings. If you have an original Spotlight Cam, you will not see this setting. - Factory reset your Camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then [reconnect it to your wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi).
