Hi there, I have a ring spotlight camera battery, after I’ve changed its battery, the light kept flashing white and blue and wouldn’t connect, I tried to reset the Cam for a number of times but it still didn’t work. I tried to either connect via the Ring Chime Pro or router but nothing’s working. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Great call on attempting a reset @mkdshr! The only other thing I’d add here, is to check the battery slot for any debris, and ensure the hatch is closed.
