Spotlight Cam Advanced Motion Zones Won't Save
I was following another thread with virtually the same topic, but that one was never answered and frankly being ignored. Trying again...Installed two spotlight cams a week ago. All works fine, EXCEPT saving advanced motion zones. No matter what I do or how many times I do it, the zones won't save.Here are the steps:- enable advanced motion zones- set motion zones- save the zones (to exit the screen)- go back later; either by closing the app, or just reopening it later- standard 3-zone initial setup is back, advanced motion zones disabledBut what's strange, when I re-enable the advanced motion zones, it still has the "shape" of the zones I set earlier saved. But the cameras will not stay in that mode.Any ideas? Please, Ring experts, don't give a pat answer or a link to a generic web page. If this is a feature, it's a feature...it should work. If it's a known bug, tell us so, and I can be patient until it's worked out.

I would first make sure that you are on the latest version of the Ring app. If you are running on the latest version of the app and your are still unable to save your Motion Zones, try giving out support team a call.
