I purchased my spotcam Aug 15, 2019. All of a sudden it goes off line and I cannot manage to make it work. I’ve tried to reset and change out battery with no luck. The spotcam is powering up as an idication in the battery slot, but the sensing portion that is suppose to light up does not even blink at all. What else can I do to fix this discrepancy before resulting to trying to acquire another one through factory warranty? Thank you.
