Hi I got a ring a doorbell 4 With chime pro and two spot light cameras all battery powered. I noticed the camera sometimes buzzes loudly when I play back the video. The box seal was broken when I revived the cameras therefore I am wondering if they are faulty returns.
Hi @JoyT. Where did you purchase this device from? If purchased from Ring.com, you can rest assured that these are new in box devices that have not been previously used. If you bought this from an authorized retailer, and the box was open when you got it, I suggest reaching out to that retailer to see what their return policy is.
