Spot light Cam motion zone not working

My spot light cam all of a sudden is not recognizing motion zones and is detecting motion in the entire view. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled both the app and the camera and the same thing is happening. Any suggestions?

Hi @DKS8. Can you share a screenshot of the Motion Zones you have set, as well as a video example of the motion being detected outside of these areas? The video should be saved in the Event History in your Ring App, and you can choose to share it via email and copy the link that is generated to share here. I’d be happy to offer some help once I get a better idea of what you’re seeing on your end. :slight_smile:
