Spot Light Cam Disconnect

Our spot light cam disconnects and reconnect around the same time every day (09:00-17:00) there is a solar panel plugged in and two batteries and the wifi signal is around -30/-45

Had the camera for almost 2 years now none of my other cameras are doing this.

also reset camera 2 different times

any fix? or is camera broken for some unknown reasons.


Hi @raabecca. This sometimes happens when your internet router does daily maintenance or updates. I would check with your internet service provider to see if this is happening with your network. If this isn’t the case, I would check with our support team to diagnose this concern for you.
