Spot light Battery Cam not powering up

I have 2 spot light battery cams that have both just stopped working.I have fully charged batteries, but when I insert them, 1 camera has the red LED light on ( but doesnt power up ) and the other ( with a fully charged battery ) doesnt have any red LED light at all.Support is closed and looking for any advice please

    Hi @JG101. I would make sure that your Spotlight Cam Battery has the battery compartment fully closed. You can also try to reset the device by holding the Setup Button for 20 seconds, then [reconnecting to wifi](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network).
