Two days ago my spot light camera video started showing pink video for 75% of the screen. I’ve powered it down and also re-did the setup and it’s still pink. Really frustrated
Hi @Ediddy. This is most likely due to the night vision getting stuck in the ON position. There’s a few tricks to fix this. One thing you can try is to put a washcloth or t-shirt over the camera and then shine a bright flashlight on it. This will “trick” the camera into activating, then deactivating the night vision. If that doesn’t work, try a reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. After that, reconnect it to wifi. This should clear up that pink video. I hope this helps!
