Spinning blue light indefinitely
I have a new Video Doorbell Plus, and mostly it is fine, but occasionally …
After the button is pushed, the lights round the edge are blue spinning, which is normal for a push, but then that continues indefinitely. If we use live-view then it returns to normal, but while the light ius spinning we don’t get push notifications or motion notifications. So if we miss one use, or even if we just go to the door and answer it, sometimes that results in it not doing anything until we notice.
Haven’t spotted any pattern yet and it is not asking me to update.
Anyone any ideas what is going on and/or how to stop it falling into this behaviour.

Hi @riocreux. Try factory resetting your Doorbell to see if it helps solve your concern. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi. If you have tried this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
