I’ve done everything. My floodlight will not connect. Won’t even have the ring Wi-Fi network show consistently to connect to. I’ve tried hard resets on everything and still not connecting. What a crappy experience.

If there are lights on the Floodlight Camera but the setup mode does not present the Ring setup network, try completing the setup on another mobile device, if possible. Good call on performing a reset, as that would be the next best step.
