Just got an indoor camera to keep an eye on my Mom. The speaker is not very loud and it scratchy.
It is very hard for my Mother to hear. Is there a way to beef it up?
Hey @Julie1961! Audio quality is often decided by signal strength, interference, and power. I recommend starting with a power cycle by unplugging the cam and plugging it back in. If this does not resolve audio, please ensure there is nothing blocking wifi signal from it, and that it is not too close to any electronics. Try also, uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this improves audio. Please let me know how this goes!
