I want an audible notification from my Security Cam on both my Chime and on my iOS app, but they seem to be mutually exclusive, unless I have incorrectly configured it? Is it possible to have a smart motion sound notification on both a Chime and iOS app at the same time?
Hi @user1208. Notifications between your Ring Chime and your Ring App are not mutually exclusive. If you’re not receiving any notifications for your iOS device, you can find some troubleshooting tips in our Help Center Article here. Make sure the Ring App has permission to send notifications in your phone’s settings, and that your phone is not on silent or vibrate only.
