I set up ring2 doorbell on iPhone but my wife’s android phone does not receive sound even though ring has microphone access. What else do I. Red to do?
Hey @Royce1. She may need to ensure she is answering the Live View the proper way in order to hear the sound from the other end of the Doorbell as well as speak through the Doorbell. I recommend having her turn off any bluetooth devices on her phone before going into the Live View, as well as trying to turn up the volume and talk into the microphone at the top or bottom to see if either/or pick her up. In addition, you can have her remove the Ring app from her phone, restart her phone and then reinstall the app to see if this helps!
