Sound Issue

I cannot hear anything inside the house when I press the doorbell (Doorbell 3) and also I cannot connect my chime to my wifi. It flashes green, then blue, then red.

Hi @Samgonz. If your Chime is not connected to wifi, you’re not going to be able to hear any notifications from it. I would recommend that your reset your Chime and try to reconnect it to wifi. You can reset it by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. You can also find some helpful information in our Accessories category! I hope this information helps!
