“Sounds” like (no pun intended) a poor Wi-Fi issue. Also a strong RSSI signal connection (Device Health - Signal Strength ) doesn’t necessarily mean a good data connection.
You might need a Wi-Fi repeater (or the Ring Chime Pro) to solve your issue. There are several other ways to improve your Wi-Fi performance too.
