SOS issues

I upgraded my plan to Pro but the SOS function is still not in my app. Any clue what is wrong?

Hi @user49840. To enable SOS in the Ring app after subscribing to the Pro Plan, follow these steps:

  1. Tap on the ☰ menu in the upper left.
  2. Tap on Settings.
  3. Tap on SOS.
  4. Tap on Setup SOS and follow the in app prompts.

If the SOS option is not available in the Ring app, force close the app and re-open it. Make sure you have the latest version of the Ring app as well.
