How do I update subscription?
Hi @user77087. If you want to swap from the Ring Protect Basic plan to the Ring Protect Plus, you can do so by canceling your Basic plan and then subscribing to the Plus plan. Make sure to download any videos you need to keep before this. If you need to update your payment method, we have steps on how to do that here.
