I am having the same issue
Hi All
Title says it all really. Have done a restart, recycle - shows Live View but after few hours shows offline again.
Transformer power is Good and I still get notified and footage still records.
Must be an underlying issue on Ring side?
having same issue. someone rings the doorbell it works fine, otherwise it shows offline
Having the same issue as everyone else. Says offline but still records. What is the solution to this???
