Make sure your Video Doorbell Wired is properly installed following the instructions [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054984332-Installing-your-Ring-Video-Doorbell-Wired). You can reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, attempt to set your Doorbell Wired back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
