Solid blue/white light on ring doorbell 1 generation

Door bell feel and quit working. I opened it up and the battery had got unplugged with fall. Connected it back and now all I have is a solid blue/white light on.

Hi @Toby2. Have you tried to walk the Doorbell through a new setup? If not, I’d give this a try using the steps under Set Up a Device, which should help you get it reconnected to your wifi network. If the Doorbell doesn’t go into setup mode or the setup doesn’t work, you can fully reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Then after the reset is done, you’ll follow the setup steps once more. Let me know how this works for you! :slight_smile:
