Solar spotlight cam

I just put up the spotlight cam and Solar panel. It was charging back to 100% every day but today. It's at 40% and hasn't moved all day. It's a bright day and has been getting full sun ever since the sun came up. I stopped all motion and recording today to make sure it wouldn't continue draining while trying to charge. Still not moving in % but says it's connected.
