Hi @user9175. I'd suggest checking the [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229#M4) for your Spotlight Cam in the Ring app. You can tap the Menu in the top left corner > tap Devices > tap your Spotlight Cam > tap the Device Health tile and you should see the RSSI listed. If the RSSI is on the higher side, this could indicate a weaker wifi connection which can cause your Spotlight Cam to disconnect.
