I have two spotlight camera and two solar panel , 1 front and 1 garden . But sometime in the app it said my solar panel not connected at the front so i climb up and re-install it and then it work but it happened with the garden
I did but it still happen

In addition to ensuring that your Solar Panel is properly installed with the cable being firmly clicked into place and no dirt or debris blocking it, it’s important to make sure your Solar Panel is receiving an adequate amount of sunlight. Typically you want around 6-8 hours of direct sunlight per day, so you may need to adjust the position or angle at which it’s installed to allow for more exposure to direct sunlight.
