Solar panel not charging Stick-up Cam

Installed a new stick-up cam and solar panel at a vacation property two weeks ago after fulling charging the new battery. The app and the icon are showing the solar panel connected, but I don’t see the charging icon, and the battery is down to 64%.

Hi @PennValley. The battery level can vary based on the amount of direct sunlight each day, as well as the amount of activity your Stick Up Cam is recording each day. We have more information on how to troubleshoot the Solar Panel here. You may need to adjust the Motion Settings if the Stick Up Cam is recording a lot of activity.
Check that your Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available, and ensure the USB-C connector is firmly plugged into the camera. Then perform a reboot from the Device Health page in the Ring app, and monitor the battery and activity levels over the next few days. If the issue persists, please reach out to our support team to take a look at things on the back end.
