Solar Panel not charging my Floodlight Cam

Why is it that my solar panel is not charging my battery even though there is the sun sign on my battery. My batteries are draining at 5 percent and there is no lightning signs on that batteries. Please help!

Hi @NHN007. Can you confirm which Solar Panel you've purchased and which Ring Security Camera you have? You can find the model name of the Camera on the Device Health page in the Ring app. It sounds like you have the Spotlight Cam, but I want to make sure I know which device we're working with here.
