Solar panel and Sec Cam not powering up

Bought solar panel and security cam. I have mounted both. The security cam has yet to come online/power up since installation. I did use the power chord in the house to ensure the camera was working and it came online at that time.
Why isnt my solar panel working with the camera. It’s been 3 days and every where I read said 3-10 hours in sunlight.
What am I doing wrong?
