My ring outdoor camera is not being charged by the Solar unit. Check the camera and there is an image but the battery has shown 3% for the last week. Before it was showing 100% for the two batteries. It gets the sun when charging before. I cleaned the camera lens and the front of the solar unit.
If you are using and Android clear the Cache and/or Storage for the app and try again.
