I’ve noticed the panels on my Ring Doorbell 2 solar charger have gotten cloudy, and now the charger has stopped working. Anyone else have this issue? I get great sun on the charger during the afternoon.

Hi @Reesekw. Have you tried wiping the Solar Charger clean with a dry washcloth? You’ll want to make sure there is no dirt or debris obstructing the Solar Charger which would prevent it from working properly. If it still appears cloudy and is not charing your Doorbell after this suggestion, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
