Had door bell for a few years now been excellent. decided to get two stick up cams 1 with Solar panel. set up very easy set up but the cam out side discharges in 24hr called help . center checked and adjusted setting as it automatically selects wired. tried for a further week better last 2 days. even turn off all notifications and detections to help! called help center again issues asked if I could get a charge cable for cam if I sent solar back response you can go on line and get one. no help at all not interested in helping but very polite in say we cant do anything else as we have tried everything. very poor back. the product has the ability to be very good as the old door bell I have is great.
has any one had the same and been able to sort battery discharging?
